Day 4 - July 15, 2010

GOOD MORNING!!! All I can say is WOW! I feel really good. I had a great first day. On any other program I have been on the first few weeks were hell, let alone the first day. Usually it was starvation central. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised.

One thing I am really noticing this morning is my energy level...I feel really good! It was easier to wake up this morning. I think I only hit snooze a couple of times instead of at least 5. Usually by this time in the morning the waist on my incredibly shrinking pants would already be pinching my stomache from having had my bagel and cream cheese...today, they actually feel, dare I say it?...a little looser.

Day 2....the plan is to having my shake for lunch and the snacks throughout the day. Supper tonight will consist of chicken breast, potato and salad. Not feeling like making quick fast food.....this is a good thing.

  1. Congratulations on beginning your journey Candice. I started about 3 weeks earlier than you and can relate to many of your comments. You have a great outlook and writing style. I look forward to reading your blog during this upcoming year. Best of luck. With a coach like Barb, you (and I) will be successful!
    cheers, Valerie

  2. Hi Candice,
This is such a great blog.
It is very brave and kind of you to share in your experience with others, so that we can all learn and benefit from your experience. I first started the program almost 3 years ago, and that energy you speak of, is STILL there. But those extra inches are LONG GONE!!
I look forward to sharing in your journey, and watching you transform your health, one day at a time.
    Nancy
