Good Morning!
Well...things have been very exciting!! I am for sure having Gary take some new pics tonight and will post them tonight.
I have started an exercise program (thanks to a wonderful trainer friend of mine) and WOW! I FEEL AMAZING! The exercise combined with the Isagenix feels great!
Starting this program really has sent me on a transformation. I am enjoying working out, I have a good energy and I feel so different about how I look.
I will be cleansing again tomorrow and doing my measurements on Wednesday morning. I will post them for you to take a look at and the new photos.
HAPPY MONDAY!!

Hi! As you can see...I have lost track of how many days I have been on program now. This has just become a part of my life! Feeling great!
Sorry, I had fallen off the radar map for the last week. I finally came alive after having the "death" flu and finally am feeling better! Blah! On a good note, I did stay on program while I was sick (some days were definitely trying!) and I did do a cleanse on Tuesday. Results are that I have released 20 lbs!!!
I wasn't up to measurements that day but I do have two pieces of good news. One, I was able to wear a dress that I haven't worn in a year and half and today, I am wearing jeans that I haven't worn in a year!!! YAAAAAYYY!!!
Last night a personal trainer friend that I have hired came over and is designing a program for me that I can do at home with my current equipment (treadmill, universal gym, free weights and flat bench). I am looking forward to now incorporting some much needed exercise into my life and the fact that I can do it at home after Kaitlyn has gone to bed means......NO EXCUSES!!!
I will be excited to share this portion of the journey with you as well.
It has now been over a month and I am going to have Gary take some new photos...let me know if you can see the difference!

Day 31, 2010 - RESULTS DAY III
Well...I was so excited to share the news with you and I typed speedily away yesterday afternoon only to find out what I sent went into computer no man's land!!! Frustrating!
Anyhow...so results after cleanse were......
Started program July 14, 2010
Starting weight - 195 lbs
Starting measurements - 373 inches total
CLEANSE #3 - August 10, 2010
Weight - 176 lbs
Measurements - 340.75 inches
THAT IS A TOTAL OF 17 LBS AND 32.25 INCHES!!!!!!
Here is the really interesting part. I had weighed myself last Tuesday morning when we got back from camping and I was 176 lbs. My weights stayed the same this week after Folkfest...but my inches changed by 11" since my last cleanse. The biggest difference was on my hips, which changed by 4" since July 27th! YAAAAYYYYY!
So now I was saying to my husband last night that really, over the last couple of weeks I have not been completely following the program. Mine has always been the type of brain that needs to "ease" into these type of things otherwise I will fall off and completely go on a binge night. Now that I have been on this for almost a full 30 days, I am going to completely follow program for the next 30 in order to experience its full potential! I will be a completely new woman!
All in all I FEEL FANTASTIC! Making this change is the best thing I have ever done besides marrying my husband and having our daughter.
Have a great day everyone!

Day 29 - August 9, 2010
Happy Monday!
Well today is cleanse day and all I can say is thank G*D!!!! I kind of had a bit of a runaway on Saturday night. Not with food....with wine!! Big, fat head yesterday. I felt very ill and probably will not be doing that for another five years!! Lol...so today is cleanse day. I will post my results tomorrow.
I guess I just want to share that although I have this goal, I am going to live and if it means that I slip once in awhile, it does not mean that I have to throw in the towel and give up. No, in fact, I am cleansing (which means no food but doing my cleanse drink) and I made porkchops, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and gravy for my family to enjoy and I can honestly say it is not bothering me! I think that because I had some indulgence on the weekend, I want to cleanse today and I feel better for it already!
So there you go, if you decide to start this program (which I happen to think is amazing)...don't be hard on yourself and go with the flow of life...the progress you will make is still worth it in the end!

Day 25 - August 5, 2010
Hi,
Well...sorry, I meant to blog yesterday but I just had too much on my plate...and not in a good way! The only good thing, well two good things were 1. I didn't overeat because of stress and 2. I got to go to see my absolutely all time favorite singer in the whole world, Van Morrison last night! Amazing!!!
Ok., so just so you know I am a folkfest lover and will be attending all weekend! I have my plan of action regarding food. I will definitely be staying away from the Ukranian tent and heading for the wonderful organic and Indian food that is offered and drinking lots and lots of water! Now for those of you who are from Edmonton and have been to the Folkfest, you are aware that the climb up that hill all day long definitely gives you the best workout you could ask for! So I am thinking that this weekend will be great.
I have decided to postpone my cleanse day to Monday. I wish now that I would have had an opportunity to do it last Monday, but as they say,...."life is what happens when you are busy making plans". So, I will be cleansing on Monday and will have results posted on Tuesday.
On a bright note, I weighed in this morning and even though no deep cleanse this week and camping, my weight has gone from 182lbs last week to 179lbs. Yaaayyyy! Also, my energy and attitude feels really, really good and I have to say that seeing some friends last night at the concert and having them say they can see the difference really, really made me feel GREAT!
So...I promise I will post every day throughout this weekend and let you know how it's going!
Have a great Thursday!

Day 23 - August 3, 2010
I'm back!!!!
Well, if I was going to give the weekend of camping and staying on track a rating, I would give it a 6 out of 10. The difficult part was getting enough water to drink. I found that we were busy doing this and that and getting my water consumption in was lacking. I also would say that I followed program "loosely". I watched my portions and stayed away from the salty snacks as much as possible but really you CAN'T CAMP WITHOUT EATING A FEW SUNFLOWER SEEDS!!! lol
Overall, I am proud of myself. Last year I would have come back bloated and feeling quite "overloaded" food-wise. Today, I feel good.
I did not cleanse yesterday. We had some family stress and it was not the appropriate day to try and do that on top of what were dealing with. Today involves a dinner meeting so I am on my normal routine and tomorrow will be cleanse day. I did weigh myself this morning and I am the same weight as I was on Thursday so that is really good! I am sure if I did not get right back on track today then it would become a "slippery" slope....

Day 18 - July 29, 2010
Good Morning!
Well, I am leaving on a much need holiday. I will be out of wireless service and cell service for sure until Monday evening.
I have packed some wonderful food and ALL of my product so that I plan on staying on track! We have got some really good outdoor games and I plan on doing ALOT of hiking with my daughter and just general fun! The old me would have sat around the fire eating chips and drinking beer and clamato! Not this trip! This is the new active Candice and it helps that all of my shorts fit me so comfortably. It makes want to be more active!
So have wonderful next four days and I will be anxious to tell you all about the trip and how it went. Even though we will be on our last day there on Monday, I will still be doing my cleanse that day so that Tuesday should reveal some AWESOME results!!
